For 2024 high school seniors attending a Christian college their freshman year, Redeemer Church is offering a $1,000 scholarship opportunity that the United Methodist Higher Education Fund will match for eligible students, totaling $2,000.
The deadline for the Redeemer Church application is January 31, 2024.

Eligibility Requirements
1. Students must be enrolling in a Christian college or university on a full-time basis.
2. Students must submit an application to be considered by senior leadership and the Finance Committee.
3. Awards are up to $1,000 for the freshman year for students enrolling in a qualifying college or university.
4. Payment is made directly to the college or university.
5. Student or family of the student must have an attendance record of at least 12 times in the previous year (12 months).
6. Scholarship is for the academic year applied.
7. The amount of the scholarship is determined each year on the basis of funds available.
8. Redeemer and the Finance Committee will set a limit on how many scholarships are allowed annually and will be allocated based on history and the order received.
9. Applications will be accepted from January 1st of the year of enrollment and not later than January 31st of the same year.
