For members of Redeemer Church ages 14 and up.

Volunteers may have the opportunity to listen to the live conference, though they are expected to primarily fulfill their team role. All volunteers will be given online 7-day access to the recorded sessions for later viewing.

Volunteer Descriptions

Guest Check-In Team

Description: This team verifies guest registration and attendance, hands out guest name badges and notebooks, and welcomes conference guests.

Time Commitment: Email correspondence expected in June or July regarding role responsibilities. Possible pre-training to occur in July. Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday evening, August 5th. This team serves both Thursday and Friday morning, August 6th & 7th, approximately 9 am - 10 am.

Number of volunteers needed: 4-8

Registration Solutions

Description: This team assists guests who encounter registration issues at guest check-in and assists with walk-in registrations.

Time Commitment: Email correspondence expected in June or July regarding role responsibilities. Possible pre-training to occur in July. Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday evening, August 5th. This team serves both Thursday and Friday morning, August 6th & 7th, approximately 9 am - 10 am.

Facilities Team

Description: This team is responsible for the physical setup and teardown of the conference guest service areas and custodial support throughout the conference.

Time Commitment: Email correspondence expected in June or July regarding role responsibilities. Possible pre-training to occur in July. Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday, August 5th. This team will be needed all during the conference, Thursday and Friday, August 6th & 7th, approximately 8 am-5 pm. Tear down will occur on Friday evening.

Number of volunteers needed: 6-10, as many hands make light work

Food and Beverage

Description: Prepare snacks and beverages for conference guests. Light refreshments are served at check-in. An afternoon snack is served during the afternoon break. Note: Guests will be responsible for their own lunch.

Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday, August 5th. This team will be needed all during the conference, Thursday and Friday, August 6th & 7th, approximately 8 am-4 pm.

Prayer Team

Description: This team covers the event in prayer and is available to pray with conference guests as needed.

Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday, August 5th. This team will be needed all during the conference, Thursday and Friday, August 6th & 7th, approximately 9 am-5 pm.

Volunteer Central Team

Description: This team creates a welcoming volunteer space where volunteers check-in, relax in a comfortable space, have a snack, and connect with other volunteers.

Time Commitment: Email correspondence expected in June or July regarding role responsibilities. Possible pre-training to occur in July. Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday, August 5th. This team will be needed all during the conference, Thursday and Friday, August 6th & 7th, approximately 9 am-5 pm.

Incident Command

Description: This team helps to create a safe environment and respond to emergencies as needed. This may include medical emergencies resulting in calling 911.

Time Commitment: Email correspondence expected in June or July regarding role responsibilities. Possible pre-training to occur in July. Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday, August 5th. This team will be needed all during the conference, Thursday and Friday, August 6th & 7th, approximately 8 am-5 pm.

Parking Team

Description: This team assists guests with parking and helps manage traffic flow to ensure a safe and smooth arrival and departure experience.

Time Commitment: Email correspondence expected in June or July regarding role responsibilities. Possible pre-training to occur in July. Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday, August 5th. This team will be needed throughout the conference, Thursday and Friday, August 6th & 7th, approximately 8 am-5 pm, as volunteers and guests arrive, leave for lunch, return after lunch, then leave for the day.

Greeter Team

Description: This team creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Time Commitment: Email correspondence expected in June or July regarding role responsibilities. Possible pre-training to occur in July. Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday, August 5th. This team will be needed all during the conference, Thursday and Friday, August 6th & 7th, approximately 8 am-5 pm.

Usher Team

Description: This team creates a comfortable, distraction-free environment for guests to view the Summit while being sensitive to their needs.

Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday, August 5th. This team will be needed all during the conference, Thursday and Friday, August 6th & 7th, approximately 8 am-5 pm.

Info & Resource Team

Description: This team functions as a concierge or help desk for conference guests. They serve as a central point of support by helping guests navigate the event and facility.

Training and site set-up for this role will occur on Wednesday, August 5th. This team will be needed all during the conference, Thursday and Friday, August 6th & 7th, approximately 8 am-5 pm.
