Opportunity Descriptions

We have a list of needed items:
As we get closer to Vacation Bible School week, Cierra will add more to the list as details for set pieces and decor are finalized.
Before VBS
Craft Prep – Help prep craft materials before VBS week.
Decorating Day - Thursday, June 11, from 9 am -12 pm – Lunch provided.
Set Building Day - Date TBD - Constructing & Painting stage scenes as well as miscellaneous set pieces for other rooms.

Registration Team
Registration is at 8:30am on Monday and 8:45am Tuesday - Thursday.
Registration/Check in – Mon. -Thurs. , arrive by 8:00am. NEED 5
Preschool
Preschool Leaders – Be the Lead Teacher for Preschool. NEED 2
Preschool Assistants – Assist the Lead Teacher in Preschool. NEED 4
Preschool Assistants – Assist the Lead Teacher in Preschool. NEED 4
Stage Presence
Drama/Music – Help with doing the motions for the worship songs on stage. Music is already chosen. NEED 3
Large Group Emcee/Leader – This person or people will be in charge of running the Opening and Closing of Large groups each day; keeping the energy up and the kids excited. There will be a script to follow. NEED 2

Exploration Guides
Bible Adventure Leaders – Engage students in the Bible story for the day. Grades 1-5. NEED 2-3 teachers
Games – Lead or help lead students in a game for the day. Grades 1-5. NEED 1-2
Art Station – Lead or help the students with the craft for the day. Grades1-5. NEED 3
Science Station – Lead or help the students with science lessons. Grades1-5. NEED 2
Snack Station – Help prep snacks and clean up afterwards. Please arrive @ 8:00 am to begin. NEED 5
Rotation Leaders – Lead the students through each rotation. There will be 2 Adult/High School Leaders and 1 Middle School helper per team. NEED 25-30
Alternative Learning Assistants – Assist with general and alternative learning for students with varying disabilities. NEED 4
Games – Lead or help lead students in a game for the day. Grades 1-5. NEED 1-2

Behind the Scenes
Helping Hands – If you’re organized and have an attention to detail, we need you! This is for anyone that loves to be involved with whatever comes up during the day. Keeping water jugs outside filled, etc. NEED 2-3
School Nurse – You must be CPR & First Aid Certified and have some experience taking care of anyone who is hurt/sick. NEED 1
