What is Baptism?

Baptism represents believers' repentance and forgiveness of sins. It also signifies a new birth and the beginning of a person's Christian discipleship. Baptism starts the process of helping believers resist sin's power, but sanctifying grace throughout our lives is what actually accomplishes it.

Baptism is offered to all ages and is required for membership at Redeemer.

This sacrament should only be performed once in a person's lifetime. If you have been baptized at a previous church or in a different denomination, we recognize the validity of that baptism.
